PI71987: DB2 ADMIN TOOL CUSTOMIZATION: ALLOW IDAA ENTRIES TO BE SPECIFIED UNDER DB2 PARAMETERS

Error description

• Currently you can specify IDAA entries only in Product
  Parameters.  These entries then apply to every DB2 subsystem,
  whether or not IDAA is installed there.  This fix allows users
  to specify IDAA entries for only those DB2 subsystems where
  IDAA is installed.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The customization process of            *
  *                      DB2 Administration Tool does            *
  *                      not allow the user to specify           *
  *                      IDAA parameters on panel                *
  *                      CCQPDB2 'DB2 Parameters'.               *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  The customization process currently specifies IDAA parameters
  only through panel CCQPPRD 'Product Parameters'.  These
  parameters are applied for all associated DB2 subsystems.
  However, not all DB2 subsystems have IDAA installed.  Therefore,
  the IDAA parameters should be enabled at the DB2 level as well.

• The following IDAA parameters have been added on panel
