Error description

• After the fix for PI70006/UI42179 has been applied, when XML
  data contained in an EBCDIC tablespace is unloaded with the
  ASIS, it is not converted into EBCDIC but remains in the
  internal UNICODE encoding.

Problem conclusion

• The osysibm module was changed.
