Error description

• z/OS MQ receiver-type channels go directly into STOPPED/DISABLED
  state immediately, even when they're in a stop requested state
  with the actual stop pending. This is inconsistent with the
  distributed versions of MQ.

  When a Receiver or Cluster-Receiver channel is stopped from the
  Receiver-side, a DISPLAY CHSTATUS command for the channel may
  immediately show the Receiver channel as being in STOPPED
  status, even though the channel is still active as viewed from
  the Sender side.
  

Problem conclusion

• Processing has been amended to correctly show that a stopping
  Receiver or Cluster-Receiver channel is in STOPPING state until
  the channel has stopped.
