PI71759: THE SESSION MANAGER DOES NOT SUPPORT MVS IMAGE SYSTEM DEFINITION NAMES THAT START WITH A NUMERIC CHARACTER (0 - 9)

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Users can define MVS Image names that start with a numeric
  character, but these system definitions cannot be used in a
  session.
  
  If the user attempts to add such a system to a session, the
  session manager ISPF dialog rejects the request and issues the
  message "Invalid system name".
  
  Summary of changes:
  
  The session manager is corrected to allow MVS Image names that
  start with a numeric character.
