PI71193: Illegal State Exception when transaction timeout occurs and abort is used

Error description

When a transaction timeout occurs and a JDBC 4.1 compliant
driver is used the connection is aborted.  When using
SQLServer the following exception occurs:

Problem conclusion

The code was modified to ensure that the connection is properly
aborted when a transaction timeout occurs.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 9.0.0.2 for WebSphere Application Server and fix pack
16.0.0.4 for WebSphere Application Server Liberty.  Please refer
