APAR status

Error description

  • Poor performance is observed on ClearQuest User Administration
    with up to 12000 registered users and groups. the following
    behavior is observed:
    
    - Selection of a group => edition => Between 1m05s and 1m20s to
    reach the edition screen.
    - Adding/removing a user to the group and clicking OK => Between
    2m48s and 2m52s to reach the main screen
    - Upgrading all the databases: approximately 20 minutes.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.10 and 9.0.2.2.
    ClearQuest User Administration performance is now significantly
    improved when having a large amount of registered users and
    groups.
