PI71042: Remove CHCCLP from distribution with IIDR CDC for z/OS.

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The CHCCLP program distributed with IIDR CDC for z/OS is too
  backleveled to function with the more recent versions of the
  Access Server being installed.  A more current version of CHCCLP
  is distributed with changes to the Access Server, and so
  CHCCLP should not also be distributed by IIDR CDC for z/OS.
  The CHCCLP program and related binaries will be deleted from
  IIDR CDC for z/OS.
  

Local fix

• Obtain a copy of CHCCLP from the non-z/OS distribution channel
  and install it on OMVS.

  The CHCCLP installed by IIDR CDC for z/OS has not been
  maintained and should be removed from the product.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CHCCLP executable and its associated binaries have been
  removed from the OMVS directory structure into which they were
  installed.
