Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  1. A VSAM file open error x'A8' occurs when an RLS file is
     allocated by a non-RLS CICS.
  2. Running an SQL query on AZK produces the following
     S0C3 abend:
     SRB SYSTEM ABEND X'0C3' AT COSNDATA+X'0000067A' RETRY
     AT X'2B3A20B2' ERRORID 324
  3. DRDA Remote DB2 Definition Not Honored if Name is in IEFSSNxx
