PI70606: ABEND S0C4 IN MODULE AUIGFLT AUIFSTC

Error description

• When processing a RECON data set that contains in excess of
  approximately 800 databases, the AUIF task may ABEND S0C4 due
  to the compiled memory stack being too small.
  This fix increases the size of the memory stack to 10M.
