  This APAR delivers new function in support of the IBM Cloud
  Provisioning and Management for z/OS functionality (see APAR
  PI70526).
  
  1. Workflow schema updates that include the following:
  - new Provisioning type workflow
  - new password type variable
  - new attributes for variables
  - runAsUser and approver (for Cloud Provisioning)
  - REST API step
  
  2. Workflow usage enhancements that include the following:
  - access to workflow internal variables (_workflow scope)
  - access to step internal variables (_step scope)
  - access to system variables (_sys scope)
  
  3. Workflow REST API enhancements that included the following:
  - jobStatement and accountInfo properties on Create Workflow
  - eventNotification on Start Workflow
  
  4. A new Workflow Editor task.  READ access to the following
  SAF profile is required to use the Workflow Editor:

  This APAR provides the following additional enhancements:
  
  5.For steps that submit jobs to run, the workflow author can
  specify the job name in the workflow definition file through
  a simple, one-line addition to the step. When specified this
  way, the job name can be resolved when the step is performed
  through automated processing in z/OSMF.
  
  The format of the job name specification is as follows:
  The first line of JCL in the step begins with '//' followed
  by the specified job name, then at least one blank, then
  'JOB' and the end of the line. Here, the specified job name
  is used for submitting the JCL, rather than the job name in
  the default JOB statement for the Workflows task.
  
  Note that the job name overrides the job name in the default
  JOB statement for z/OSMF Workflows, but it does not take
  precedence over a job name that is specified by the user in
  the Workflows task.
  
  6.For inline template steps and file template steps, z/OSMF
  truncates any extraneous white space that might appear at
  the beginning or end of the step content.
  
  7.The Workflows task now includes an archive function, which
  allows you to remove unused workfow instances from the
  Workflows table and save them for future reference. When a
  workflow is archived, its information is saved in z/OSMF;
  the workflow is no longer active, but its information can be
  viewed by the workflow owner, using the Workflows action Open
  Archived Workflows. When an archived workflow is no longer
  needed, it can be deleted from z/OSMF by the workflow owner.
  
  
  8.The following REST APIs are added to allow the user to
  work with archived workflows:
  - "Archive a workflow instance"
  - "List the archived workflows for a system"
  - "Get the properties of an archived workflow"
  - "Delete an archived workflow"
