  • This issue affects:
    
    Clearquest 8.0.1.11 and 8.0.1.12.
    ClearQuest 9.0.0.1 and 9.0.0.2.
    
    > How to reproduce the issue:
    
    Login to ClearQuest Web using an UCM Schema Repository.
    
    Open a record (Eg.: UCMUtilityActivity or Defect)
    
    Go to the "Unified Change Management" Tab
    
    Click on "View Change Set"
    
    Try to connect to ClearCase using any ClearCase user name and
    its password, to connect to ccrc.
    
    You will receive the error message: CQLoginException
    
    Note: The other clients (ClearQuest Eclipse, ClearQuest Windows
    and CTE) are working correctly when using the View Change Set.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.13 and 9.0.0.3.
    Change sets can now be viewed in ClearQuest Web using the CC/CQ
    UCM integration.
