Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All QMF for TSO/CICS V11.2 users.            *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Users can receive an ABEND0C4 when      *
  *                      exporting data to DATAFORMAT CSV. This  *
  *                      can happen only when the data contains  *
  *                      delimiters and the fix for PI60607 is   *
  *                      applied.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If the data contains delimiters, QMF was calculating the length
  of the buffer incorrectly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been amended to properly calculate the length of the
  buffer correctly when the data contains delimiters.
