• Two related issues to be addressed:
  1) Some CPIC transaction times may be incorrect where TRANSTAT
     data is available.
  2) Improve reporting of Fast Path transactions where TRANSTAT
     data is available.

Problem conclusion

• 1. If a CPIC transaction has x'56FA' Transaction Statistics
     data, the transaction record is being cut at that point
     rather than waiting for the x'0A07' CPI-CI Driven Program
     Terminate record.
  
  2. Improve reporting of Fast Path transactions with x'56FA'
     Transaction Statistics data where available.
