Error description

  • The administrative console becomes a white screen when you
    navigate to "Resources" > "Java EE default resources" and go to
    the "Java EE default resource settings"
    After restarting the deployment manager, the page only
    displays correctly the first time. The second time and later,
    nothing displays except the navigation bar and a white blank
    screen.

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Java EE default resources page goes *
    *                      blank when accessing it for the second  *
    *                      time after server start up.             *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    If you navigate to "Resources" > "Java EE default resources"
    and go to the "Java EE default resource settings" page for the
    first time after restarting your server, then everything
    displays properly. Once you navigate away from the page and
    then navigate back to the Java EE default resources panel (the
    second time) nothing is displayed except the navigation bar and
    a white screen in the middle. You could not change resource
    settings due to this issue. This issue only happened when the
    console's language was set to something other than English.
