Error description

• "find . -print" in ClearCase VOB fails with system call error on
  AIX 7.2
  
  APAR Description:
  When running the command "find . -print" from an IBM Rational
  ClearCase VOB and view context on AIX 7.2 the error:
  "fch: A system call received a parameter that is not valid".
  
  WORKAROUND:
  Use one of the following command syntax's depending on whether
  absolute or relative paths are needed:
  
  find $PWD -print
  
  
  or
  
  find $PWD -print | sed -e "s#^$PWD#.#"

Problem conclusion

• This solution to this problem requires updates to both ClearCase
  and AIX.   This record documents the solution in ClearCase
  versions 8.0.1.16, 9.0.0.6, and 9.0.1.2.
  The AIX fix is available in AIX 7.2 TL0 SP6,  AIX 7.2 TL1 SP4,
  and AIX TL2 SP2, with associated AIX APARs as follows:  7200-00:
  APAR IJ01656,  7200-01: APAR IJ01341,  7200-02: APAR IJ01093
