Error description

• when load an MT103 message with Tag111 as 'ABC', the WBIFN node
  is not throwing an exception after done the message validation.
  
  SWIFTNet is rejecting these messages with letters in Tag111.

  characters as for example 'ABC' in Tag111 WebSphere BI for FN
  did not detect this as an invalid field. SWIFTNet rejects
  messages with letters in Tag111.
