Error description

• The link in the infocenter.bat script does not resolve
  correctly and creates the following error:
  WAS_installation_root\bin\migration\bin>..\..\infocen
  ter.bat
  'product' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
  operable program or batch file.
  'topic' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
  operable program or batch file.
  The resulting link leads to

  ord
  
  Fix is to add an escape char (^) right before the & characters
  so that the interpreter skips early processing of the &.

Problem conclusion

• The fix was to add an escape char (^) right before the
  ampersand '&' characters so that the interpreter knows to
  skips early processing of the &.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.2.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
