PI68826: ERE COLDCOMM SHOULD PROCESS LOG RECORDS (4003, 4036-4039, 02, 22) FOR MSC RESOURCES

Error description

• ERE COLDCOMM loads MSC resources from sysgen as it should
  process from log records.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The ERE COLDCOMM undoes all MSC resource creates,            *
  * updates, and deletes because it loads the MSC resources      *
  * from the sysgen library.                                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF                      *
  ****************************************************************
  The ERE COLDCOMM logic is changed to re-construct the MSC
  resources
  (MSPLINK, MSLIN, MSNAME, Remote Lterm) from the log records
  instead
  of from the sysgen reslib.
  The ERE COLDCOMM will process checkpoint records x'4003',
  x'4036' to x'4039'
  for MSC resources.
  The ERE COLDCOMM will also process the x'22' records for type-2
  command
  of CREATE, DELETE, and UPDATE for MSC resources.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFSCRPB0 has been modified to process the x'4003' records for
  MSNAME only.
  
  DFSRMC00 has been modified to treat ERE COLDCOMM as an IMS
  warmstart.
  
  DFSRMC10 has been modified to treat ERE COLDCOMM as an IMS
  warmstart.
  
  DFSRLP00 has been modified to process x'22' records of CREATE,
  DELETE,
  and UPDATE commands for MSC resources.
  
  DFSRST00 has been modified to skip calling DFSRRSC0 if it is an
  ERE COLDCOMM.
