PI68818: VARIOUS FIXES DB2 UET V22 (SEE DESCRIPTION FOR DETAILS)

Error description

• This APAR allows the DB2 Utility Enhancement Tool to pass
  control to the IBM LOAD Utility to process the syntax for LOAD
  REPLACE SHRLEVEL REFERENCE and LOAD RESUME SHRLEVEL REFERENCE
  PART x REPLACE for DB2 V11 NFM and DB2 V11 CM.

  A new option, LRSR_IBMLOAD(YES/NO), is implemented.
  LRSR_IBMLOAD = 'YES'  will process the syntax with IBM LOAD for
  DB2 V11 NFM and V11 CM. LRSR_IBMLOAD = 'YES'  for DB2 V10 will
  fail with invalid syntax due to no support in IBM LOAD for DB2
  V10.  LRSR_IBMLOAD = 'NO' will process the syntax with the DB2
  Utility Enhancement Tool for DB2 V10, DB2 V11 CM and DB2 V11
  NFM. The default is 'YES', use IBM LOAD.

  This APAR addresses the following issues:
   1. Abend S0C4 REASON=00000011 in module ABPUUTLM during a load
      job ( 0C4 ).
   .
   2. Error 'DSNT408I SQLCODE= -603, ERROR: A UNIQUE INDEX CANNOT
      BE CREATED BECAUSE THE TABLE CONTAINS ROWS WHICH ARE
      DUPLICATES' occurs on a SHRLEVEL Reference load.
   .
   3. Reduce memory requirements for utility intercept.
   .
   4. Introduce a new options parameter
      (POLICY_ACTIVE_IMMEDIATELY) which will control whether a
      Policy change will take effect immediately or only after a
      restart of the started task or REFRESH POLICY command.
   .
   5. Changes to provide policy and practice detail with one
      DISPLAY command.
   .
   6. Error DSNT408I SQLCODE= -104, ERROR: ILLEGAL SYMBOL "NOT
      NULL" occurs on a SHRLEVEL Reference load.
   .
   7. Changes to allow UET to accept the same syntax for NULLIF
      that is accepted by the IBM Load utility.
