  *                      not allow the user to specify           *

  The customization process of DB2 Administration Tool
  for z/OS does not provide a field where the user can
  specify the authorization IDs that he will use instead
  of the current default PUBLIC.

• The new field 'Default GRANT of Admin objects' is added under
  Admin Tool Setup Task on panel CCQPPRD 'Product Parameters'.
  If no value is specified in this field, the default PUBLIC
  will be used.
  
  For the GRANT statements with fixed PUBLIC, the value of this
  field will be used.
  
  For the GRANT statements which are controlled by the exsiting
  fields (such as, 'GRANT privileges on CM objects'), the value
  of this field will be used as the default and overridden by
  these existing fields.
