PI68304: FPX0171W WITH RC04 RUNNING POINTER CHECKER ON A FILE WITH MORE THAN 2 MILLIONS CHILD SEGMENTS

Error description

• MSGFPX0171W and RC04 received when running pointer checker on a
  file with more than 2 millions child segments.
  
  We're looking to implement a new option to allow a larger
  threshold to be specified.

  OPC issued FPX0171W because it detected that the number of the
  twin segments exceeded the threshold value, two million.
  

Problem conclusion

• OPC, ODE and OER have been modified to support a new keyword
  MAXTWINCTR to allow the user to specify the threshold value of
  the number of the twin segments.
