PI68206: QCF TSO ISPF CLIENT DOESN'T ACCEPT DATASET NAMES MORE THAN 42 CHARACTERS ON CERTAIN PANELS

Error description

• The QCF TSO ISPF client doesn't accept dataset names more than
  42 characters in length in the Option 3A View panel and also
  for the "Copy" option of the Option 2 Query panel.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: All QCF panels, prompting for data      *
  *                      set names or displaying data set names  *
  *                      are changed to accept, or display 44    *
  *                      bytes long data set names.              *
  *                      Menu options 2(QUERY), 3(LOAD),         *
  *                      3a(VIEW) and 6.6(Testing Tool) are      *
  *                      impacted.                               *
  *                      Rules for data set names input depend   *
  *                      on TSO/E profile options settings, as   *
  *                      follows:                                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      If TSO/E NOPREFIX PROFILE option is     *
  *                      in use:                                 *
  *                                                              *
  *                        - A maximum of 44 characters can be   *
  *                          entered for a data set name, if     *
  *                          that data set name is enclosed in   *
  *                          quotes.                             *
  *                        - A maximum of 44 characters can be   *
  *                          entered for a data set name, if     *
  *                          that data set name is not enclosed  *
  *                          in quotes.                          *
  *                                                              *
  *                      If TSO/E NOPREFIX PROFILE option is     *
  *                      not in use:                             *
  *                        - A maximum of 44 characters can be   *
  *                          entered for a data set name, if     *
  *                          that data set name is enclosed in   *
