PI68135: WHEN HP UNLOAD API OR IPR UNLOAD API IS USED, THE HSSR ENGINE ISSUES THE FABH0463E MESSAGE AND ABEND U4013 FOR HALDB

Error description

• When HP Unload API or IPR Unload API is used, the HSSR Engine
  issues the FABH0463E message and ABEND U4013 for HALDB:
  FABH0463E HSSR REACHED THE END OF THE PARTITION xxxxxxx EARLIER
  THAN DL/I
  This problem occurs during processing of a GN call after the GE
  status code, which is returned for a GU call with a key value of
  the 2nd or later HALDB partition.

  The HSSR engine issues MSGFABH0462E or MSGFABH0463E when the
  following conditions are met:
  - HP Unload API or IPR Unload API is used for a PHIDAM
  - CO or COMPAREDLI=YES option is specified
  - In an application program, GN call with unqualified SSA is
  issued after a GU call with a qualified SSA returns the status
  code GE.
  FABH0462E THE PARTITIONS SELECTED BY HSSR AND DL/I ARE UNEQUAL
  FABH0463E HSSR REACHED THE END OF THE PARTITION xxxxxxx
            EARLIER THAN DL/I
  
  If COMPAREDLI=YES is not specified, an incorrect segment
  occurrence is returned at the GN call.
