Error description

• Customer reported the following error customizing DB2 High
  Performance Unload (HPU) v4.3 COMPID 5697F4400.
  
  IBM0650S ONCODE=3799  The source was not modified
           in the CONVERSION ON-unit.
           Retry was not attempted.
  

Local fix

• To move forward without PTF.
  Edit the DATASTOR, removing the statement with the 'default'
  dataset parameter for SHORTNAME INZOLDPL.
  
  For example.
  
  Delete line #14 from the following entry:
  
    000012       <parameter>
    000013         <shortname>INZOLDPL    </shortname>
    000014         <default>HPU.SINZPARM </default>
    000015       </parameter>
    000016       <parameter>
  
  After deleting the statement, it should look like the following:
  
    000012       <parameter>
    000013         <shortname>INZOLDPL    </shortname>
    000014       </parameter>
    000015       <parameter>
  
  You should be able to continue with product customization after
  the above edit.
