PI67855: DB2 ADMIN TOOL CM BATCH REPLACE A CHANGE GETS RC12 ADB8007E

Error description

• In CM BATCH when re-using an existing change, using the
  REPLACE function of CM BATCH :
  ....
  ,EXISTING_CHANGE_ACTION       = 'REPLACE UNCONDITIONAL'
  ,existing_data_set_action     = 'REPLACE'
  ,IMPORT_PENDING_CHANGE_ACTION = 'S'
  ...
  
  The CM BATCH Job fails with RC12 because the MERGE process runs
  into an error :
  
  ADB8007E An attempt was made to create a table space that
           already exists.
  ADB8057I Object details at the time of error:
               Operation       : 40
               Row type        : TS
               Object qualifier: @DB2IVP
               Object name     : PBAFTPA0
               Procedure       : merge_tablespaces

  When registering and replacing an existing change via CM
  Batch, the supersede option is ignored.
  
  IMPORT_PENDING_CHANGE_ACTION='S'
  
  This will cause a conflict with existing changes that are
  prerequisites to the replaced change and results in a
  return code 12 / RC 12 failure with error message
  ADB8007E / msgadb8007e and information message
  ADB8057I / msgadb8057i:
  
  ADB8007E An attempt was made to create a table space that
            already exists.
