• * Name and Version columns to assist in the customization

    allow customers to use the traditional ISPF interface

    customize TCz enabled DB2 for z/OS products.
  * Message improvements to give customers better
    information when an error, warning, or informational
    message is encountered
  * Improve the efficiency and performance of the code,
    which will also reduce the size of the load module
  * Improved usability for customers by having the cursor
    stay on the last selected Optional Task after the enter

  This PTF delivers the following feature/defect fix:
    New feature: Name and Version columns are added to the
   "Specify the Product or Pack Metadata Library" panel, and the
   product or pack short name, and version/release/modification
   number will be displayed under the Name column and Version
   columns in addition to the current Metadata Library name. If
   the Metadata Library is not available or the product/pack
   member in the Metatdata Library is not available the following
   statement will be appeared under the Name column:
  o  '-Metadata Lib not found' will be shown and its version
   field will be blank if the metadata  library data set doesn't
   exist or is not available.
  o  '-Product name not found' will be shown and its version
   field will be blank if the xxx$$CCQ or xxx$$PAC member in the
   product or pack metadata library is not found or not
   accessible, where xxx  is the prefix of the product or pack.
  o  '-Metadata Lib migrated' will be shown and its version field
   will be blank if the metadata library data set was migrated.
   If a migrated metadata library is picked to be customized then
   a DFSMS message, ARC0612I will be shown to indicate a recall
   or recover of the data set. User needs to wait until the
   process completion indicator '***'  appears, then the user
   can press the ENTER key to continue the customization.
    New feature: IBM Tools Customizer for z/OS(TCz) Integration
   with Data Server Manager    TCz can be called in Java
   application  that passes in a data set that stores product,
   lpar, and db2 parameter members and setting information when
   it invokes TCz. TCz will generate jobs and workflow with
   information passed in. TCz won t display any ISPF panels for
   user inputs. TCz will process the data members, and setting
   information passed in, and then generates customized jobs and
   workflow with those values.
    Defect 39371 description: Select last optional task and hit
   enter, the cursor jumps to the command line and the user has
   to scroll more screens down in order to edit last parameter
   value that is under last optional task.
  o The cursor will stay on the selected last optional task after
   hit the   ENTER key.
    Defect 49088 NEW column doesn't show 'YES' when a new task is
   selected in the product parameter.
  o It shows 'YES' when a new task is selected in the product
   parameter.
    Defect 52343 Abend(User abend code 4038, reason code 00000001)
   when multiple components are selected on CCQPSEC panel for
   solution packs.
  o Abend issue is fixed.
    Message improvement
  o MSG CCQT027I add the edit-from and edit-to configuration ids
   to indicate the configuration  updated.
  o MSG CCQT028I add the edit-from and edit-to configuration ids
   and descriptions to indicate the configuration  updated.
  o MSG CCQT029I add the edit-from and edit-to configuration
   descriptions indicate the configuration  updated
  o MSG CCQC019S:  correct the wrong word ( )ENDDOT  when template
   is actually missing ( )dot  ccqtskel
  o MSG CCQS008E this message is reworded to " Discover data set
   error - CCQS008E The Discover data set 'xxxxx' exists on a
   different volume."
  o MSG: CCQD601S add the missing exception error code at the
   end of the message.
  o MSG: CCQI072E misses the last part of the message.
  o MSG: CCQI363S misses words at the end of the message.
    Improve the efficiency of the code, thus reducing the size
   of the load mod.  Performance also is improved by this change.
  These problems have been corrected with this PTF.
