  with the numbers in Statistics Report.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  BPA previously reported 'Castout class threshold' and 'Group BP
  castout threshold' fields as interval end values instead of
  interval delta values. Now this changed to show interval delta
  values to be consistent with Statistics Report.
  Added capability to correctly calculate interval deltas when
  DB2 subsystem had been restarted during SMF data collection.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  Code changed to fix this problem.
