Error description

  • There is currently no reason to configure an ORB with name
    other than defaultOrb.  However, doing so may interfere with
    the application client functioning resulting in a logged
    exception similar to:

Problem conclusion

  • Application client support has been modified to explicitly
    depend only on the correctly named defaultOrb and ignore any
    other configured ORB instances.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
    pack 16.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
    delivery information:

Temporary fix

  • Remove configuration for any orbs not named "defaultOrb"
