Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the following SETVAR JCL is used:
  //*%OPC SETVAR Txxxxx=SUBSTR(OYMD,1,4)
  instead of
  //*%OPC SETVAR Txxxxx=SUBSTR(&OYMD,1,4)
  (the only difference is the first one is missing
  an ampersand (&) before OYMD that is, OYMD instead of &OYMD )
  abends may occur on start up and shutdown of the controller.

  The abend on start up is  S0C7 at EQQJHUTL+2074
  with failing instruction text: D45A4F20 D4601802 8E000020
  and these registers:
