PI67525: inputFile tag is not working properly on Liberty

Error description

The customer created a web application using inputFile tag
for JSF 2.2. The inputFile tag is set to "true". The
application
is running without attached file. The issue is on Liberty
Profile with MyFaces.

*                      tag does not work when set to "true"    *
*                      and no file is attached.                *

When using the JSF h:inputFile tag along with the required
attribute set to "true", the action will be run even if no file
is attached.
Example:
<h:form enctype="multipart/form-data">
    <h:messages />
    <h:inputFile value="#{indexBean.uploadFile}" required="true"
/>
    <h:commandButton value="TEST"
action="#{indexBean.execute()}" />
</h:form>

Problem conclusion

The JSF MyFaces 2.2 code was updated to fix the h:inputFile tag
when the required attribute is set to "true" and no file is
attached.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 9.0.0.2 and 16.0.0.4. Please refer to the Recommended
