• Fixes the following TCz issues...
  .
  - While running TCZ discover of 3.1 settings, a blank value for
    the Dataset Name Prefix will result in a blank prefix instead
    of the default .&Userid.
  - When generating jobs using the group attach name, the DB2
    system name may be blank in generated jobs.
