PI67020: TCZ ENHANCEMENTS FOR ACCELERATOR LOADER

Error description

• This enhancement includes the following Accelerator Loader TCz
  changes:
  1. Add SYSAFF parameter to all jobs.
  2. Optionally create a set of user-defined product staging
     libraries.
  3. Add the TCz jobcard to the IVP jobs.
  4. Add BUFFERPOOL, INDEXBP and STOGROUP to the IVP jobs.
  5. Use DSNUTILU instead of DSNUTILB in the IVP jobs and prompt
     for stored procedure parameters for each DB2 SSID.
  6. Customize the Loader Policy for all SSIDs being generated.
  7. References to logstream, LOGSTRM, LOGR, logger, and Registry
      will be removed from hlq.SHLVCNTL data set.
  8. Map updates to INTERNALMAPREDUCETHREAD
     & INTERNALPIOCOMMUNICATIONTHREAD.
