  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This APAR upgrades the embedded WebSphere Application Server *
  * Liberty profile (WLP) to Version 16.0.0.2.                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Customers using z/OS Connect EE V2:                          *
  *   with IMS must apply the PTF for APAR PI67597               *
  *   embedded in CICS TS V5.2 must apply the PTF for APAR       *

  This APAR updates the WLP embedded in z/OS Connect EE V2 to
  16.0.0.2 and includes the fix for the following issue:
  PI66150 LIBERTY SERVER PROCESSES THE START OF WOLA WORKLOAD TOO
  SLOWLY.
  
  Additionally this APAR fixes the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing
  (CORS) restriction and allows requests to work when
  authentication is enabled on an API or Service. There is no
  longer the requriement to disable z/OS Connect EE authentication
  by setting the requireAuth attribute of the
  zosconnect_zosConnectManager element in server.xml to false.

Problem conclusion

• Pre-installation actions:
  Before applying this PTF, the following directory must be
  created:
  <zos_connect_install_dir>/runtime/lib/versions
  with the same permissions and ownership as the other product
  directories.
  See the ++HOLD information in the PTF for more details.
  
  Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the reported z/OS
  Connect EE level to V2.0.3.0 as reported in the Liberty log:
  BAQR0000I: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition version 2.0.3.0
