PI66256: WMQ CSQI004I IS ISSUED MORE FREQUENTLY THAN EXPECTED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Message CSQI004I is documented to be issued only once per queue
  per hour however is being generated more frequently than this.
  Change Team finds a problem with CSQIMGE3 with saving the last
  time that the message was issued when the queue should be
  indexed by CORRELID.

  This APAR will also be used to correct a dump formatter issue
  where DMC=1 output is not consistent with the content of the
  CSQI004I information.

  Message CSQI004I, for CorrelId indexes, is expected to be issued
  once every 60 minutes. Message CSQI004I for MsgId indexes is not
  affected by this problem.
  
  
  
  The time of when was message CSQI0004I last issued is not stored
  correctly resulting in the message issued each time an
  application getting messages by CorrelId skips more than 100
  messages.
  

Problem conclusion

• Message CSQI004I is only issued once every 60 minutes per queue,
  and per index type (MsgId or CorrelId).
