Error description

• ABENDS878 running online extract, even with region=0M specified.
  
  When a UOW uses a large number of IOVF CIs, and the data is
  compressed, ODE tries to GETMAIN a huge buffer to store the
  extracted segment data, which may cause S878 due to resource
  shortage.

  ODE stores extracted segment data in a work buffer, after a UOW
  is processed, it formats and outputs the extracted data. ODE
  may need to allocate a huge work buffer for some special case,
  for example, a UOW uses a large number of IOVF CIs, and the
  data is compressed. In this case, ODE may abend with ABENDS878
  due to resource shortage.
  

Problem conclusion

• ODE has been modified to extend work buffer with a fixed size
  then chain the buffers, to decrease the getmain size of
  work buffer.
