Error description

• In this case, an automation job deleted some unload-datasets
  between the UNLOAD step and LOAD step, messages:ADB5076I,
  ADB5077I, job ended RC4. Would expect RC>4 when data that
  was unloaded is not available for loading.

  *                 who use Batch Restart program ADBTEP2 that   *
  *                 runs UNLOAD and LOAD utilities in one        *
  *                 single job.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Batch Restart program ADBTEP2       *
  *                      will bypass LOAD utility and issue      *
  *                      RC=4 / RC4 if the PUNCHDDN data set     *
  *                      which was generated by the UNLOAD       *
  *                      utility is missing.                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The Batch Restart program ADBTEP2 will bypass the LOAD utility
  and issue RC = 4 if the PUNCHDDN data set which was generated
  by the UNLOAD utility was deleted outside of the execution of
  ADBTEP2 after the UNLOAD and before the LOAD.  In this
  situation, it is easy for users to lose data since ADBTEP2
  does not issue any error and ends with RC = 4.
  

Problem conclusion

• The solution is to execute the LOAD utility even though the
  PUNCHDDN data set generated by previous UNLOAD was deleted.
  If the deleted resource is required for LOAD, LOAD will fail.
