Error description

• ABENDS0C6 or ABENDS0C4 occurs when STATREP=NO is specified in
  the UNLOAD block of the HPSIN data set for the Smart Reorg
  utility.
  
  The STATREP control statement is supported only by the stand-
  alone IPR Unload utility. It should be ignored in the Unload
  task of the Smart Reorg utility.
  

Local fix

• Remove STATREP=NO from the UNLOAD block of the HPSIN data set
  for Smart Reorg utility.

  The STATREP control statement is supported only in the stand-
  alone IPR Unload utility. It should be ignored in the Unload
  task of the Smart Reorg utility.
  
  After applying this APAR, the control statement keyword which
  is not supported in the Smart Reorg utility is listed in
  the HPSIN control statement report for the Smart Reorg utility
  job and it shows that this option is ignored under the smart
  reorg driver.

• Code has been added to support the new functions.
