    PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When running a Batch CRD job or report data are collected under
the control of the Performance Warehouse process engine, the
data collector allocates internal buffers to store the
performance records retrieved from DB2. The allocated storage
is cleared before use although this is not needed.

    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
The code has been corrected accordingly to avoid clearance of
    allocated storage where not needed.
