Error description
When trying to create / move a nested port on ibd diagram frame, it is observed that, if a proxyport is created then it is not appearing at the place it was created. Once this is made a nested port then it is moving to the upper part of the diagram frame and it is not possible to move it in the diagram.
Local fix
No known work-around at this time.
