Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  .
  1. A delimited load with DATE_x conversion can corrupt input
     records causing discards.
  .
  2. A delimited load with VALUEIF can corrupt input records
     causing discards or data loss due to columns being
     incorrectly set to NULL.
  3. A load job using PRESORT abends with S0C4 in module
     ABPUSE15.
  4. A SHRLEVEL Reference Load using Trusted Context ends with
     error ABPU5506E and SQLCODE -199.
  5. A SHRLEVEL Reference Load ends with error message
     ABPU5514E during rename of COPY dataset using GDG.
  6. A Template with the GDGLIMIT number enclosed in parenthesis
     results in a GDGLIMIT of 0 being used.
  7. The UET started task ends with abend 'ABP STC STARTED TASK
  ESTAE DUMP - SYSTEM RC=000. USER RC=FC4'.
