PI65433: ADB2USOT ISPF PANEL DISPLAYED WITH TEXT "THIS PANEL SHOULD NEVER BE SEEN BY THE USER" IF 'DEBUG ON'

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the 'UTL' line command is issued from a selection
  list of DB2 objects and the 'OO' command is then
  entered after specifying 'DEBUG ON' then the ADB2USOT ISPF panel
  is displayed with text "This panel should never be seen by the
  user".
  
  After discussions with Development it was determined that the
  text on panel ADB2USOT should be changed to "This panel is only
  shown during DEBUG ON mode.  Please provide IBM Support with the
  following information."
  

Local fix

• If panel ADB2USOT is displayed and the user is not pursuing
  problem resolution with IBM Support either press the ENTER key
  or the PF3 key to continue with the online reorganization
  process.

• The text of the panel has changed from:
  
  "This panel should never be seen by the user"
  
  to:
  
  "This panel is only shown during DEBUG ON mode.
  Please provide IBM Support with the following information."
