Error description

• Select SQL got abend04e rc00c202aa at dsnb1per+0aea because IS
  state of p/p plock request on an index space "DSNDB06.DSNDCX05"
  was rejected by IRLM with rc/rsn=000C/0080 because Plock
  requester's owning work unit PB0 address (rlpowu, PBDROP=true)
  was different from holder's owning work unit pb0. DSNGDAIP is
  called from DSNURSWD in Extended RBA/LRSN conversion and changes
  OBDINNUM from 512 to 4096. By this attribute change, DSNB1OFA
  set PBDROP on and then new PB is built.

  An index internal field OBDINNUM may be set incorrectly in a
  previous DB2 release.  When the index internal descriptor is
  altered during REORG, the incorrect OBDINNUM value will be
  fixed.  However, REORG may not quiesce the index.  Other
  concurrent users of the index can still reference the old
  OBDINNUM value, which causes the above abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 is changed to not fix OBDINNUM value on REORG to avoid the
  above abend.
