Error description

• Deleting an inactive process will fail with the following error:
  
  com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolatio
  n Exception: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key
  constraint fails (`ibm_ucb`.`build_configuration`, CONSTRAINT
  `BC_BUILD_PROFILE_FK` FOREIGN KEY (`BUILD_PROFILE_ID`)
