  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. When processing IFCID 150 trace records, O2CIF4 did not
     detect the end of the trace data correctly.  This is an
     extremely rare situation and resulted in an ABEND0C4 when
     O2CIF4 attempted to initialize a trace data entry beyond the
     GETMAINed control block area.  Although not likely to
     happen, this overflow can also result in an overlay of the
     key 7, SP100 storage following the allocated storage.  The
     storage prior to the overlaid storage will contain 'C150ENT'
     and 'C150' character strings.
  2. OMPEINI did not clear a pointer to a control block
     correctly, when freeing the control block storage.  This
     resulted in an ABEND0C4 in OMPETOP when attempting to
     access the freed control block due to the residual pointer.
  
  PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
  1. O2CIF4 has been changed to verify there are more IFCID 150
     records to process before initializing another trace data
     entry.
  2. OMPEINI has been changed to clear the pointer to a control
     block correctly before freeing the control block storage.
