  *                 who use the Change Management function       *
  *                 to add objects and authorizations to the     *
  *                 target system.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the Change Management        *
  *                      function to add objects and             *
  *                      authorizations (GRANT statements)       *
  *                      to the target system, the GRANT         *
  *                      statements were missing in the          *
  *                      change registered, which caused         *
  *                      the missing authorizations on the       *
  *                      target objects.                         *
