Error description

  • Applications with websocket endpoints using CDI injections may
    not start correctly, or may not start at all, because the
    websocket annotation endpoints in the user web app could be not
    be found by the CDI collaborator code.

    Applications with Websocket Endpoints using CDI injections may
    not start correctly, or may not start at all, because the
    Websocket annotated endpoint in the user's web app could be not
    be found by the CDI collaborator code.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Websocket code was change to properly convey to the CDI
    collaborator code in regards to Websocket Annotated Endpoints
    which container CDI functionality.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
