Problem conclusion

  • The problem is due to a race condition in the initialization of
    the TypeCode and ValueMembers of ValueDescriptors and
    ArrayDescriptors.
    The initialization of these types has been adjusted to eliminate
    the race condition.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
    pack 16.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
    delivery information:
