Class com.fasterxml.jackson.jaxrs.json.JacksonJsonProvider has a
field which uses @Context injection. The field is not injected
correctly and will cause a NullPointerExcetpion when it is
accessed.

Problem conclusion

Modified org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.provider.ProviderFactory class, so
that it will not do context injection for client providers.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 16.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
