  for example in a jar located in [WASHOME]/lib/ext then a
  NullPointerException may occur in
  CDIEJBManagedObjectFactoryImpl

Problem conclusion

• The NullPointerException was avoided by changing the way that
  the Contexts and Dependency Injection (CDI) Bean Deployment
  Archive and EJB Descriptor was found for the EJB class in
  question.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
