PI64222: TOO MANY OPEN FILES EXCEPTION ON PROPERTY FILE CAUSING UNINSTALLATION OF APPS DEPLOYED BY MONITORED DIRECTORY

Error description

In Linux/Unix, applications deployed by property file of
monitored directory deployment get uninstalled automatically.
From SystemOut.log of dmgr, FileNotFoundException caused by too
many open files on property file can be found:

Local fix

Increase the nummber of max open files, for example:
ulimit -n 2048
Please set approperiate value according to the operation system
and make sure new value is taking effect.

Problem conclusion

Code is fixed to not delete if it is a property file.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.5.5.11 and 9.0.0.1.  Please refer to the
